Race Registration

Registrations after midnight on May 7 at midnight will not be available for early packet pick-up and will need to be picked up on race day.


Please carefully review these additional terms of registration:

  • No Refunds or Transfers: There are no registration refunds or transfers for any reason for the 5K or Fun Run.
  • Shirts: T-shirt sizes are not guaranteed for registrants who register on or after March 3, 2023.
  • Inclement Weather Policy: The 5K and Fun Run will occur rain or shine. However, race officials may, in their sole discretion, cancel, delay, or change the event in the case of extreme conditions that may affect the safety and health of participants. In case of delay or cancellation, immediate notification will be made through East Cobb Classic 5K Facebook page. In addition, all participants will be notified via email. Should either the 5K or Fun Run be cancelled due to extreme weather or other conditions beyond the race organizers' control, there will be no registration refunds or transfers.
  • 5K and Fun Run: You should not participate if you are sick. Be aware of the weather and take appropriate precautions to hydrate, dress appropriately, and stay alert.  
  • 5K: Dogs and strollers are allowed on the course, however they will start behind all runners without pets and strollers.  Please be prepared to pick up after your dog, if needed.
  • 5K:  There will be one water station on the 5K course between mile one and two. In addition, there will be water available for participants at the end of the race.
  • Fun Run: Water will be provided for participants at the end of the Fun Run.
